This visa is for businessmen or people who wish to invest or start a new business or to manage an existing business in Australia.

This Visa requires you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through skill select and be nominated by a state or territory government or astride on behalf of the Australian government.

The visa is categorized into 4 streams:

• Business Innovation stream
• Investor stream
• Significant Investor stream
• Premium Investor stream

This visa allows you to

• Establish a new or develop an existing business and/or invest in Australia
• Travel in and out of Australia for the tenure of your visa
• Bring family members with you to Australia
• Get permanent residence by applying for a Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888)

For people to visit Australia for a holiday, sightseeing, social or recreational reasons, to visit relatives, friends or for other short-term non-work purposes.Tourist visa does generally gives a non-citizen rights, including a right to enter a country or to remain there. This is a temporary visa. This visa allows a Non-New Zealand family member of a New Zealand citizen to live and work in Australia up to 5 years.

Successful applicants can study and work in Australia with multiple exits and entries to Australia within the tenure of this Visa.

In order to apply this visa you must

• Not be a New Zealand citizen
• Be an eligible family member of a New Zealand citizen
• Have your New Zealand citizen family member living in Australia on a Special Category visa (subclass 444) or will be travelling with you to Australia and will be granted a Special Category visa (subclass 444) on arrival.
